Not a very descriptive name to be sure, but hey, nobody outside the village is supposed to know about it. This is where all the hunters in the village go to receive their assignments and, well, to put it bluntly, it actually doubles as a bar that invites the more shifty half of Requiem to get themselves drunk and have their wallets stolen.
