Tober let his feet kick up white sand, the grainy feeling between his toes bringing a small smile to his face. It reminded him of when he was younger, he'd gone to the beach. He had gone into the waves, oblivious to the strong current that within seconds had pulled him under and swept him out to sea. The waves had beat down on him, the salt stinging his tongue as he tried to yell. He tried to stay afloat as much as he could, but the water surrounding him had pulled him down. He had been so young, so scared. But someone had pulled him out, pumped the water from him. He had survived.

He stood on the beach, watching the seemingly harmless waves lap against the shore. His eyes narrowed, a deep fearful hate flickering to life in his eyes. He turned his face from the sands, walking up and away from all the water. All that dreadful horrid water. Why would the cats land have so much water anyway? Wasn't that sort of ironic seeing as how most normal cat hated water? He went as far as he could from the surf, twirling and sitting with his back resting against a tree. He sat in the shade, legs pulled up to his chest as he rested his chin on his knees. It sounded peaceful enough though. Even if it did bring back those memories...

As Tober turned around Kitsuke was on standing on a small cliff in front of him. His red dreadlocks were blowing in the wind. Kituke jumped down and did a flip and landed right in front of Tober. He put on a big smile and opened his mouth to talk.

"Never seen you around these parts. You sure don't look like a bounty hunter, you kinda look like...a little girl but besides at fact, who are you and where did you come from?"

Tober turned inoccent bluegray orbs up to the tall figure before him. He tilted his head, gold falling into his right eye. He paused a moment, unsure of what to say, but the other cat spoke first, "Never seen you in these parts. Yopu sure dont look like a bounty hunter, you kinda look like... a little girl but besides the fact, who are you and where did you come from?" Tober blinked, a small smile coming across his face. Would he be made fun of yet again? Wow, and in less than two days. What were the odds? It wasn't his fault he was so cute in a such a girly way. And that he didn't have a cool jungle cat as part of his demon form. He was a siamese kitten, could he really help what he was born as? He blinked once more, smiling in a sort of, 'heh-hello-I'm-new-dont-make-fun-of-me-cuase-i'm-so-damn-cute' and spoke, thin boyish voice rising into the warm air, "I'm October, I just kinda wandered here. Who are you?"

Kitsuke laughed playfully.

"Make fun of you? I wasn't going to make fun of you what gave you that idea? Me, I'm Kitsuke, Kitsuke Kandama. I'm a bounty hunter to this village. Maybe you have heard of me I have quite a reputation behind me."

Kitsuke walks to the breaking waves and turns around to look at Tober again.

"You do look weird and talk kind of funny but I like you. Its nice to meet you October."

Tober stood, watching as Kitsuke made his way towards the waves. He wanted to say something, but thought better f it. Others would think it silly if they knew he had a fear of water. He clasped his hands in front of him, head tilted to the side as he smiled again, a small hint of worry on his face. October almost wanted to laugh 'Ha ha he likes me...' but he sighed and walked a little closer to the water, "Nice to meet you too Kitsuke..." he thought a moment, 'I dont look funny...and my voice is fine...isn't it?' he sighed mentally, stepping ever closer to the waves. Why couldn't they stay up here on shore instead of down by the water? Cursed water...

Kitsuke looked into the horizon as if he saw something. Without turning his head he opened his mouth to say something.

"You are who you are."

Kitsuke then turned around and without looking back, began walking toward the village of the cats. There are probably bounties waiting for me at the bounty hunter's guild.

Tober watched, kitsuke leaving the beach. Should he follow? No, he didn't really wnat to follow. He'd made a friend, that was pretty good for a start. He would sit here a while longer and maybe go to the village. Just maybe, if no one came to disturb him. He did like meeting people. He turned gracefully, making his way back up to his tree to sit down again in the sands and wiat, listen, watch...

Shuziro was in a tree branches above Tober. He dropped down and pressed a Kunai on his neck.

"You aren't worthy to live, you sicken me."

He pressed the kunai harder against Tober's neck because he was going to cut his throat. But then the kunai went flying out of his hand. Kitsuke was standing on the ledge with a handgun outstretched. His red dreadlocks were blowing in the wind and a very serious look was on his face. He opens his mouth to speak.

"Who are you to decide who lives and who dies, especially since you are only a human."

Shuziro looks at Kitsuke and smirks. A worthy opponent, I'll cut him down. He makes a hand sign.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

4 Shuziros pop out of Shuziro making Shuziro 5. Kitsuke looks stunned at the fire Shuziros. His eyes are wide with shock.

"What...What is this trickery!!!"

The five Shuziros flip toward Kitsuke and make a ring around him. The lean back on one hand and kick him high into the air. The Shuziros come back into the real Shuziro making one. Shuziro throws out chakra stings to bind Kitsuke's arms and legs. Shuziro jumps above Kitsuke and 5 Shuziros again form a ring around Kitsuke while he is airborne and begin to punch and kick him then disappear. Kitsuke looks above him and Shuziro is coming down upon him fast.

"Dragon's Barrage!!!" exclaims Shuziro.

He kicks Kitsuke down with incredible force that is above human standard. Kitsuke goes sailing toward the ground but calls up some plants to make a cushion for him to land on. He lands on the cushion but still takes some a lot of damage. Shuziro lands on the ground and looks at Kitsuke. Kitsuke stands up painfully.

"You...are no ordinary human. I can see that by the power of your attack. If I would have hit the ground...it could have killed me. I'm going to need more power for this fight."

Kitsuke begins transforming into his demi form. The rocks begin to rise because of the energy. His human ears disappear and tiger ears sprout from inbetween his dreads. his face become slightly more elongated and his skin becomes light orange and black stripes can be seen all over his skin. His fingernails and toenails became claws. Shuziro looked at him with an emotionless face and opened his mouth to speak.

"Your demi form."

Shuziro cracked his knuckles and drew the Zanbato.

"I'll cut you down."

Shuziro rushed at Kitsuke and swung the Zanbato. Kitsuke dodge but Shuziro swept at Kitsuke's legs and the Zanbato embedded itself in Kitsuke's leg. It was a good thing demon bones were stronger then human bones or Kitsuke's leg would have come off. Kitsuke howled with pain as he felt the "Horse-Killing Sword" cleave deep into his bone. Kitsuke collapsed on the ground and blood oozed from the wound. His eyes were wide with shock. This human...can wield a Zanbato...what is he?!?!?! Shuziro looked at Kitsuke unemotionally. He wasn't so low to attack him while he was on the ground.

"Get up."

Kitsuke looked at Shuziro and tried to get up but couldn't. Shuziro looked at him disgustedly and began walking toward Tober.

"Perhaps you are unmotivated?"

He rose the Zanbato as he neared Tober.

Kitsuke's eyes grew big and angry. He began to transform into his demon form. He became a Siberian Tiger, his teeth and claws were now longer. His belly was covered in white fur and everything else was orange with black stripes. He lunges at Shuziro.

"NOOOOOOOO!!!"

Shuziro turns around and blocks the attack with the flat of the Zanbato.

"Oh, you are serious now."

Kitsuke's rage builds and he knocks the Zanbato out of Shuziro's hand and it lands 40 feet away. Kitsuke slashes Shuziro's cheek with his claws and knocks him to the ground pinning him. Kitsuke opens his mouth to devour Shuziro's head but Shuziro stops his jowls with his hands. His gloves rips and blood begins to flow from the wounds Kitsuke's teeth were making. Shuziro has a stuggling look on his face. Shuziro thinks: Now would be a good time to use it.

"Gate of Opening! Open!!!"

Shuziro had opened the first chakra gate. Before his brain limited his muscles by straining them but he had released that. Shuziro had gained 5 times his normal strength. He pushed the Tiger off him. Shuziro was now able to do things he could not do before. Shuziro's Zanbato was gone he would have to work without it. Shuziro performed many hand signs.

"Fire Style: Flame Shuriken Jutsu!"

Shuziro lifted his hand in the air and flames appeared above it and they made the shape of a giant Shuriken. He threw at Kitsuke but he dodged it. Shuziro simply grined then moved his hand back. Kitsuke rushed at Shuziro but fell to the ground as he felt a fiery pain on his back. Shuziro, laughed.

"Foolish demon, The Flame Shuriken, I control where it goes. When you dodged it I simply brought it back and it hit you."

Kitsuke stood up and Shuziro rushed at him with speed no normal human could pull off. But his Gate of Opening was open, allowing him to do things normal humans could not do. He punched Kitsuke in the stomach.

"Thousand Fists!"

Before Kitsuke knew it a flurry of fists was hitting him in the stomach. Kitsuke coughed up blood then Shuziro kicked him so hard he flew five feet backwards. Kitsuke thought: I've taken internal damage. I can't go on much longer, this human can destroy me...I'm going to end this now. Kitsuke used his magic to make plants sprout from the ground and grab Shuziro's feet. The plants traveled up Shuziro and wrapped around him until only his head was poking out. The plants had bound him so hard he could not move. Kitsuke looked up at him with blood on his lips and weakly opened his mouth to speak.

"I...win."

The words pierced through Shuziro, he knew it was true. His eyes widened. This was the first demon he fought that had truly been victorious. How could this be Shuziro had the upper hand. Then he knew, he had underestimated him. He had one so many battles agaisnt demons he had aquired an inflated ego. Kitsuke then fainted from the internal damage he suffered. Shuziro began to feel the effects of the Gate of Opening. He was beginning to get fatigued. As Kitsuke fainted the plants released. Shuziro looked back at Tober.

"You have good friends, I will allow you to live."

Shuziro walks over to Kitsuke and places his hand on him.

"Healing Jutsu!"

Shuziro's hand glows and Kitsuke's internal damage began to heal. It was severe damage and because of the it used up Shuziro's chakra. After Kitsuke was healed, Shuziro fainted from fatigue. Kitsuked woke up and saw the human fainted next to him. He looked at Tober and opened his mouth to speak.

"What happened Tober? Why is he on the ground?"
